1957年，安東帕公司作為一個機(jī)械加工廠，構(gòu)建了世界上首臺商業(yè)化的小角X-射線散射分析儀—Kratky Kamera。此后，安東帕生產(chǎn)的數(shù)百臺SAXS儀器被銷往、安裝并運(yùn)行在全球各地的研究實驗室中。
截至2017年，安東帕小角X-射線散射儀已經(jīng)有60周年，這60年里安東帕為了滿足科學(xué)家的需求，不斷積累經(jīng)驗與**技術(shù)，先后推出了KKK SAXS Camera、SAXSess、SAXSpace、SAXSpoint和SAXSpoint 2.0等一系列的開拓性實驗室SAXS儀器，為各種實驗想法的實現(xiàn)提供了*佳方案。
